Here is an easy, quick, healthy, & deliciiiiiious recipe for a dinner. (Not the best idea to eat heavy stuff before bed. By heavy, I mean pasta, rice, bread, potato...). If you are student, or a lover wanting to please your baby, keep reading !
All you need is
- tomato / tomate
- shrimps / crevettes décortiquées
- cuttlefish / seiches
- octopus / poulpe
- lemon / citron
- olive oil / huile d'olive
- parsley / persil
- salt & pepper / sel et poivre
1) Cook the shrimps in boiling water for 10 mn and take it out.
2) Pour the cuttlefish in the boiling water for 15 mn and take it out.
3) Put the octopus in the water with a spoon of milk for 7 mn.
4) Cut everything in pieces and add the tomatos
5) Mix oil, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl and pour them over the seafood in your serving platter.
6) Add a little bit of parsley over the platter and THERE YOU GOOOO !
