Healthy Dinner

I've been so busy moving out, which is why I didn't post anything new !

So tonight, Im celebrating my new apartment with a healthy soup. Perfect for people on a diet, or trying to stay skinny. 

The ingredients you will need: 
- Asparagus
- Spinach 
-Parsley 
- Sweet potato (which is healthier than a regular potato: it is full of vitamins A,C,B6,B2, it also prevents cancer, helps reduce the risk of degenerative diseases) 
- Onions 


The next step is to pour some oil in the pan with the persely, spinach and onion. (6-10mn)



When the onions turns a yellow, pour 1 glass & a half of water. Once it boils, add the asparagus, sweet potato and another glass of water. Leave it for 25 mn. 





Finally, add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
